  Any meals other than those specified in the itinerary.

Payment Schedule

• 35% Advance Payment – Required to confirm and block your desired travel dates.
• 25% Payment – To be paid 30 days prior to the departure date.
• Remaining Balance – To be cleared 10 days prior to the departure date.
• Bookings made 10 to 15 days prior to travel require 100% prepayment.

Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 Days Before Departure: 10% of booking amount will be deducted.
• 15 to 29 Days Before Departure: 25% of booking amount will be deducted.
• 08 to 14 Days Before Departure: 50% of booking amount will be deducted.
• 0 to 07 Days Before Departure: 100% charges (No Refund).

Any last-minute cancellation due to weather conditions, or any other reason will be strictly as per the above cancellation policy.

Child Policy

• One child up to 5 years stays complimentary when sharing the existing bed with parents.
• Children aged 6–11 years are chargeable as per the hotel's child rate.
• Children 12 years and above are considered adults and charged the applicable extra person rate.
• Extra bed charges, if required, are applicable as per the hotel's policy.
• Child meal charges (breakfast/dinner) may apply if not included in the package.

Visa Policy

• Visa requirements vary according to the destination country and the traveler's nationality.
• Guests are responsible for obtaining a valid passport and the appropriate visa before departure.
• Visa fees, documentation, and processing charges are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned.
• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
• The company is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or additional documentation requested by the Embassy.
• Any cancellation or amendment due to visa refusal will be subject to the applicable booking cancellation policy.
• Guests are advised not to book non-refundable services until the visa has been granted (unless the package terms specify otherwise).
